I guess it is not uncommon for people to disappear off forums but he was such an active contributor and gave no signs of quitting

·I have wondered about this quite a bit as well... it seems that the previous thread asking about him turned nothing up. I'd assume that an active member such as him would have been in contact with other members outside the forum.
