Love the Longines, but not a fan of the enamel dial, or enamel dials in general...
. Overcame that dislike and a few months ago bought what looked like a nice example, but it arrived with the dial spiderwebbed with hairlines, and back it went. So many of these are chipped on the edges or have hairlines. Personally, I would prefer a nice example of the last execution, with metal dial like
