    Hi all,
The movement on this looks nothing like any other omega movement I have seen in my (fairly short) collecting career. The dial also looks odd? Is this just another example of local production, or outright fake?

It's an old fake, the case isn't solid gold either. Movement should be Omega, not curtis!

The easy tell is when you see "ANTIMAGNETIC" or the jewel count on the dial.

Shame, some one kept it for a long time. Some never realize that their prized possession is a fake, kind of sad really.
