How backed up are they are services? I'm approaching the 8 month mark since it was sent in. I was quoted 5 months and the AD only told me "they're backed up". At what point should I worry haha. It would be awesome if there was some sort of queue online to track its spot in line. Thing could have gotten lost in the mail for all I know..

This won’t be completely representative of your experience, but have you read through this thread?

There kind of is, but it sounds like you used your AD to send your watch in for service? Which, if that is the case, you wouldn’t have access to this info. If you sent the watch in yourself, you would have access to the online portal which tells you the current stage the watch is in and an expected finish time frame.

Depends on the watch and what parts are required. All it takes is for one part to be on backorder and months can be added to the completion date.

it's a 565 so the parts should be readily available unless things have changed in the last few years.

Yes, but sometimes they still run out and a production run has to be done. I’ve waited 6 months for a bezel on a relatively modern Seamaster chronograph...a watch that was still being made into the 2000’s...

I was going to chime in, but my thread beat me hehe

My turn around time for a cal 1012 was 04/14/2023 to 01/05/2024, the day Omega received it to the day I received it back. 266 days or 8 months and 22 days.
