Serial number seems to be a 1950, bumper moment 351

 

I can tell you that its horribly relumed.

 

Yea I noticed that, can that be easily fixed??

 

Serial number is 12674090. Figures it as a 1950 and here is the movement

 

Movement is a mess. If you haven't already purchased the watch, don't.
