·This just sold in a small regional auction in the US for $1150 all-in ($1k+15%). I know nothing about it, was interested at a lower price, but am curious what others have to say. Presumably it's a 2990-1? There's a very similar model here, sold awhile back; I'd hesitated because the Seamaster lacks the coat hanger S, though the linked watch also has the rounded S, too. Anyway, hope someone here got it.
