good morning everyone. first of all I want to introduce myself, I am a lover of vintage watches and in particular of our dear omega brand. I open this discussion because I have just bought a vintage omega with the reference 166.070 and movement 565. the watch is fine but moves slightly inside the case. my watchmaker took it apart and saw that the glass is not original and does not have the ring that supports it. now i'm looking for the right glass, i've seen many for sale but how do i know it's the right one? can someone help me? the measure is 3.15. thanks everyone in advance.

I was able to find this site describing the references of the glass and the crown. I managed to find the glass on cousins.uk while the crown is out of stock. is there any other compatible size i can find on cousins.uk? thank you

Now that Omega has stopped supplying parts houses the only way to source a crystal is via a watchmaker with a parts account (as part of a service) or search via eBay etc for the part number.

I found a generic glass for the reference. about the crown instead how can I do? is there any other reference that can be adapted to caliber 565? thank you
