Does anyone know if they're still in business?
I spoke with them last week about on of their watches and have yet to back hear from them.
I've tried to call both of their Customer Service numbers only to get busy signals.

Not so far as I know, but I will say that I look at their website frequently and I have noticed that they seem to have reduced their inventory considerably from what it was a year ago. There used to be at least 20+ Speedmasters available and it's far less than that now. Seems to be the case for other popular Omega models as well.

I assume that Crown and Caliber is what the OP is referring to, but perhaps he thinks that C & C and Authentic Watches are one and the same?

CrownandCaliper could be a Rolex healthcare offshoot?

Yes and we were talking about a Rolex Yachtmaster for my wife.
I filled out their WTB - WTT forms and no response. Go figure?

Hodinkee acquired C&C a few years ago, IIRC.

I spoke with David from Crown and Caliber but the form came from Authentic Watches.

If it were me, I'd 1st try a Rolex AD. Depending on which Yachtmaster you're looking for, you may get lucky. But you can get what you're looking for through DavidSW or Takuya. Both top-notch dealers that you can trust.

Thanx but neither one has the specific watch my wife wants.

Yes, I'm aware of that and it seems to have been about the time that C&C began reducing its inventory. Another change that I've noticed is that whereas C&C used to make cash offers to purchase used watches, it seems now to have largely elimated that option and instead offers sellers credit towards the purchase of watches listed on its website and Hodinkee's website.

Wow, what a scam.
