Excited to offer up this near perfect example of a vintage Rolex (though I'll be sad to see her go... as I always am!)
1973 Rolex Oyster Precision, ref 6426. 34mm of hand wound, understated, vintage Rolex goodness!
I mean, look at this dial! Even in these macros shots, she's as close to perfect as I've seen on a nearly 50 year old watch.
Case is CRISP! Front, back, sides - a joy!
The hand wound Rolex cal 1225 winds and sets beautifully, and is keeping great time. No service history that I know of, so as always with vintage, a service is recommended for regular use.
EDIT: Movement and inside caseback pics added below.
Will come as shown, on the barely worn dark brown 19mm leather strap.
Priced at $2900 NOW $2800, which will include fully insured shipping anywhere in the U.S. Happy to ship international as well, cost to be discussed (but we’ll work it out, I always do!)
Payment via PayPal Friends and Family, Venmo, or Wise.
No returns unless misrepresented. And it won't be, have lots of great feedback here to prove that. I treat buyers the way I want to be treated!
I think this is THE Rolex for either the first time Rolex buyer, or for the established collector who wants something that will fly under the radar, but also offer all the greatness! At under 3k, it's a whole lot o' watch!
