Cousinsuk - Another unhappy customer

    Hi friends.

    I ordered an speedmaster case from them back in September.

    At the moment of the purchase, the case was out of stock, so they got the payment authorization for the credit card from my bank, but didn´t charge anything yet.

    Few days later, I checked my order status and it had been postponed awaiting for stock.

    Since then, they had postponed my order three or four different times. Each time, I called them, and they couldn´t confirm or explain anything, neither they could cancel my order.

    Today I checked for the status again, and they finally got the case in stock but unfortunately my order was cancelled. And you know what… The product is now listed and ready to be purchased £100 more expensive.

    With strong consumer laws in the UK, I'm surprised they can get away with such tactics...
