Hi,

I got offered this Air king ...







does it look ok? it is a 17.2 mill serial (so about 1964)

to me the watch looks ok, BUT the dial looks awfully wonky (especially the coronet)



your thoughts?

For a 1964 watch, it appears to me as though the bracelet is much newer. It is possible for a 50 year old watch to have low mileage, but if the original bracelet HAD been replaced, then this might be a high mileage survivor. Can you have it looked a before you buy It? Pictures make it difficult to comment on the dial. Please confirm the S#.

 

Doesnt the coronet look a bit "artesanal"? ... i am aware the bracelet es not original and can live with that .

Dial looks good to me. Bracelet isn't something I'd worry about.

 

I passed on one of those a couple years ago. Dang I regret it. Enjoy it shud u choose to purchase.

 

Looks good to me. I like the 78350 and swap it between my Air Kings.
