Judging from the hallmark size it’s small
    Women’s watch.

Is that all there is? If so it’s only worth scrap value. Ladies watches are not valuable nor is a dial easy to find if you want to restore it. You would need to find a donor watch and use that dial and movement. It can be done.

If you want more info we need a more clear shots of the hallmarks and writing.

Along with the sloppy stamping, the tarnish suggests, to me, that it is fake. You say it has hallmarks all over it, also on the back of the case?

Either way, there is little in the way of collector value for women's watches, especially if there is no movement or dial. That being said, why not bring it to a local jeweler, have them test if it is real gold, if it is fake they will tell you, and if it is real then you can re-evaluate.
