Bracelets on these were always optional. The key is how the end-pieces fit the case. 14K gold Milanese style bracelets with Omega hallmarks are far rarer than their 18K counterparts, as they were sold in limited markets (like the USA).
There really is no way to know if the bracelet is original to that watch until you try it out.
If the end-pieces don't fit, it may still be possible to source correct ones. I'm sure that someone ordered a Constellation that way in the mid-1960's.
