Greetings all.
Long time listener, first time caller.

I am in the process of acquiring a Speedmaster 176.0014.
The seller is offering it with original box and papers... but also said that there might be two versions of the "correct box" for the watch.
Attached are the two boxes being presented.

Does anyone have an idea which box is correct for the timepiece?

Thank you in advance.

In that era there often was no 'correct' box, retailers just yanked whatever Omega box was in stock and sent the buyer on his way. I don't think it really matters for the watch you are buying.

Agree with Evitzee, in the early 70's even the bands were sometimes put on randomly on the watches
by the official Omega dealer

Cheers

I agree with the others, btw these boxes you posted are too early for a TV. Also I believe they were only for the American market.
