Constellation with "Pie-Pan" dial - correct dial and hands?

While i do not know the reference and lacking experience with "pie-pans", can this dial and these hands (golden) be correct in a stainless steel case?

Yes, case is polished and crown may be a replacement.

Absolutely fine with gold furniture.
Looks like an .010 which had 2 types of crown from new IIRC previous advice.
One hidden one domed.
But looks like one of the correct replacement options.

Top left lug is torn.
