Wat issues.? If you can tell me..??

Wear on the dial looking like lacquer lift, wear on the case and wrong replacement crown. The dial wear is, from a value + aesthetics viewpoint, the worst issue.

EDIT: ...And a case back gasket that has turned to goop, naturally. That is a very minor issue, if it gets addressed before spreading to the movement.
