Purely functional response here... see if you can get a little newer with Luminova and a push button clasp.

These things never did glow all that brightly, and when the tritium goes dead, it won’t glow at all.

@four1475 I would say that the price is actually very good for a full set 90's Speedmaster that looks to be in great condition.
*Just a note, the original box this watch came in was the horrible Red faux leather box which used to deteriorate badly (hence the red remnants on all the paperwork/cards).
The box this watch is shown with is correct for a late 90's model as well.

Its nice, its complete but that is not a cheap price either.
I think if it was me Id pass and look at the private market here, something nicer and priced a little better will likely show up.
good choice. Price a little high.
I would look for a better deal...
Might be 20-25% too high for that watch

As a dealer, I would like to buy every similar condition 90's full set Tritium dial Speedmaster Professional that you have to offer for $3,800.
Please sell to me!

Hey, gotta make sure that he has all of the information to make an informed decision. My (former) 2000 3594.50 had Luminova and 20 years isn't all recent. Lume is very important to me, so there has to be someone out there for whom it is also important....

It would be tough to live with those hands. I haven't priced hands lately. I'm betting they have skyrocketed from a few years back.

My first Speedmaster.

The clasp is in good nick, surprisingly so for a 20+ year old watch 😉. Mine is 3 years old and ‘desk diving’ has left many scratches. Therefore I’m guessing this watch has been worn on a strap, or hasn’t been worn much...
Yes! Pretty sure the previous owner wore it on a strap. Saw a pic of it on a strap on his FB page.
