There might still be lume on the 10 and 11 index - terrible photos, so difficult to tell.
If not it certainly has the concave pocket for lume at the end of the indices.
The watch should have lume - it has lumed hands and at least one T at the bottom of the dial.
Watches frequently have all the lume removed if some of it is missing (looks neater than bits missing and cheaper than replacing it)
Not a redial, but the dial has certainly yellowed/darkened with age and there is some spotting. I see some corrosion on the hands. Impossible to evaluate the case and lugs without better photos, but the case back certainly shows some wear. Medallion is decent though. Movement looks like it could benefit from cleaning and lubrication. I think that the crown is incorrect. What is the asking or current auction price?
