Has anyone ever seen degradation or crazing like this on a 167.005 dial? Almost appears as if the dial is made from fiberglass.

I've seen this crackling of the lacquer on the glossy sides of De Luxe pie pans, but never on the entire dial. Might be the picture, but it looks rather attractive.
