·I've got the 3 most outer scales down (tachymetre on bezel, telemetre & pulsametre on dial), but the 2 inner concentric scales confound me. Please enlighten me.

·IIRC, those are 2 and 3 minute dials Tachymetres. So 1 minute is '60' X-per-hr, 2 mins is 30, 3 mins is 20. So they are just extensions of the bezel.
