    Hi all,
I've been looking at this and from what I can see, all looks good - clean dial, relatively unpolished case, etc.

    Would welcome comments!

It's been polished - the bezel isn't as crisp as it should be. Would help to see the rest of the watch.

I put on a low ball offer and t was automatically rejected. Damn that shits me! If you are going to have offers then actually listen to them!

Price a little high but offer option available. Movement looks clean. Just not sure of the fonts alignment. Looks a bit off to me?

I would describe as very polished.

MOY is not aligned, probably this is MOY exception.

That looks like an original dial to me and not a refinish.

It looks original to me too and I have seen a few that do not pass MOY but looked original. Am I right to say the MOY test is not definitive on a Deluxe?

There are a few exceptions to this and this particular deluxe is one of them but can't say it's just the deluxe.

I always thought of MOY as a test more for full rotor Constellations. I'm sure many bumpers pass it, but not all the early ones.

Not surprising. Everybody and their brother wants a Deluxe bumper, and the 2699 was the first. The key is finding one in better condition.
