I was hoping for a New or updated Planet Ocean GMT, looks like I'll keep hoping. The Ultra Deep Is a cool looking piece, but at 45.5 mm and 18.2 thickness it's to big for my wrist. Good looking new colors on the Aqua Terra, but the AT's don't do much for me. The new Green on the Seamaster 300 looks nice, could be a contender after I see it in person. With talk of more to come this fall, my bank account is safe for the moment.

Home renovation plans for 2022 aren't threatened.

I just looked at all the offerings and it looks like I will be getting the pool heater this year. Seriously, nothing impressive. Colors on the new AT look off. Planet Ocean too damn thick, and only in 45.5.

I really do like the gold speedy with the green dial, but way out of my price range.

I hear ya - nothing for me here unless I suddenly come into 30 grand.

a green Seamaster would be good, but I fear the shade will be too dark and near enough black in most circumstances.

Boy, what a letdown. No new PO update really, just a new oversized and overpriced MAN WATCH. I suppose the Ti version is sorta cool but there's just no way I'll be buying it.

The other new stuff ranges from the mildly interesting (green 300M, thinner manual-wind yet still ugly Speedmaster '57) to the out-of-my-reach-anyway (new gold Speedmasters, neither of which looks better than the original black dial version) to the boring (new dial colors on an otherwise unchanged AT line - surprising how the 'teak' dial really made this watch when you see how boring they look without them)

Glad I'll be able to keep my money for whatever other interesting watches might come down the line this year, though
