No, your Omega is original thru and thru as far as I can tell. Since you're going to have to take it to a watchmaker for at least a crystal replacement (fortunately, original factory crystals are still available, albeit costly), my comment about the crown was meant more as a warning not to replace it for another more common type of crown (clover) usually found on Seamasters of this era.

If you're having the movement serviced already, you might want to solicit opinions on refinishing. Normally, collectors prefer their watches unpolished and especially their dials untouched. If your watchmaker wants to polish or refinish the case, or send the dial out for refinishing, you should be aware of his intentions.
My sense is most aficionados would advise against any cosmetic 'improvement'.
