CLICK SPRING mod for free spinning bezel

I am not sure if discussed before, but my seamster's bezel wouldn't click. It just spun freely.

After searching for the part with no avail, I decided to mod it.
The problem was that all the tabs were broken off.

I decided to cut new tabs with a x-acto knife.
With scraping and final hammering to cut through the thin metal, I had tabs. I stopped a 2 tabs.

Hope this helps someone.

Taping the click spring down to a cue card was helpful in the process. Being the metal is thin, it helped in stabilizing.
