    looked at it more, and the hour/minute hands definitely look bluer.

    Sometimes, poor QC translates to big $$$ later on. 220 bezel's anyone? Looks like in the future we will see:

    "For sale: 2016 Omega Speedmaster CK2998 with the very rare Blue/Green lume, only $22,000"

    Possibly - but how long does the modern lume material last / remain active? The Tritium lume on my pieces from the 1960's doesn't really glow anymore.

    Looks like the Chinese supplier failed miserably on this purchase order and Omega didn't realise it soon enough to return the batch and ask for a refund before they shipped the watches out to customers.
