Possibly - but how long does the modern lume material last / remain active? The Tritium lume on my pieces from the 1960's doesn't really glow anymore.
Looks like the Chinese supplier failed miserably on this purchase order and Omega didn't realise it soon enough to return the batch and ask for a refund before they shipped the watches out to customers.
