I've got some magic photos for you[emoji3] Same watch.Two photos taken 3 minutes apart
The 1st is taken by a Lumia 920 hp with a no flash setting but a very brief flash light was seen just before the photo was snapped
Now this shot was taken by an ipad after 3 minute
It's as if when the Superluminova is fully charged ( by natural sunlight or artificial light ) it initially emits a strong blue lume but as the strength of the Superluminova weakens , it now begins to emit a colour with a longer wave length & takes on a greenish hue !

Hey @meganfox17 nice work but doesn't solve the question... In this case the hands show always the blue color, no matter if natural ligh, a mobile flash or black light..... And the blue glow stays until it ends to glow.

·This B-G lume dilemma is not unique to the CK2998 LE but also a phenomena in the Sub & Explorer models
For the CK2998 owners of the blue lume ,is there a gradual change to a greenish hue as the Superluminova strength weakens ?
I dont know whether Omega had 2 batches of Superluminova colours or from different suppliers for that matter OR perhaps they were also using NOS in the later productions

i really appreciate your help. sorry if i sounded rude or said something wrong.
there is no gradual change from blue to grenish when the lume weakens. the 2 hands stay blue and the dial, lollipop and bezel lume stay green, but the blue seems to last longer than the green one.
i'll try to make a short video and upload it to my instagram account.
i think they had a small batch of hands with blue superlumina hands and none cared about or knew it, and so the find their way to production.

·Interesting situation. Mine also has the hour and minute hands blue. Personally, I think it's a cool difference. My movement squeaks when I set the time so I'm more concerned with that tho haha.

🙁 squeaking movement sounds not so cool ... hope it will be easy fixed.
i like the mixed colors too and tought they all have it.
ATM we have 16 all green vs 4 blue/green .... says nothing but it's interesting 👍
