Must admit I'm not well versed in this reference, but it looks alright to me after comparing to other examples online. It looks remarkably well preserved, especially the bezel which I understand are notoriously fragile on these.

Any thoughts on what sort of price it may reach?

No mention if the bezel is original or redone. Dial macros would be a big help here.
500 caliber movement is 17 jewels. Not 24 as stated by seller.

 

Seller demands a 500 pound paypal deposit and the rest by wire. Not sure that's legal in eBay, as there might be no way to recover the balance in case of fraud.

 

I noticed this as well. It seems very suspicious at minimum, I considered contacting eBay about it but decided not to pursue.

i would ask the seller for a better movement shot to see clearly if it has the correct import stamp, it is not clearly visible on those pics
everything else looks good at a first look but needs def to be checked in deep

the seller is from England he purchased the from European Watch Co in Boston about 8 month age I believe .the bezel I believe to be original from what I know about the watch .

 

I have several email conversations we the seller several week ago about purchasing the watch I ended up buying another Railmaster instead
