I'm guessing, from the web site that's written across the first two photos?

I also went through every photo. Maybe it has been taken down, since selling, and hasn't been put back up yet, as sold.

Yes it's not available on their website yet. I don't have a lot of experience with Omega watches, but is it this watch really worth that much money? Would anyone be kind enough to provide any references or links regarding this watch? Cheers!

if your quoted price was not a typo I would say it is ridiculously high... far from reality

Definitely not a typo. Prices for watches are always high in Japan, or for anything really! Especially this one, coming from Endo San.

But the Japanese always have some excellent examples. They spent their hard working money for quality products and they take good care of their stuff as well.

I don't think this one is 220k or so. I believe he might be asking 22k but newho this isn't even the earliest example as the first ones had a smooth caseback. One thing is that Omega has been selling Chronometer rated wristwatches for some time before this model was made, this is just the first time Omega put the word on the dial. These were made around the 1940-1942 time frame and there was actually a lot made but few survived.

Oops, apologies. Didn't realize how much yen is worth, that's why it sounded heaps more in my head. Edited!
