Hello, I am new to the forum and here I show you two Newmaster from 1965 found in the flea market in disrepair. After cleaning and service they work great. Caliber 1121 with very little seen Jet rotor. I hope you like them.

Post a picture, sir.

Don't know which Citizen movement this is a copy of but I think its from the 1960's.
Just before HMT closed its factory they had ordered enough parts to make hundreds of thousands of these watches.
Many small time watch makers in India bought up the parts and assembled them to sell. I don't think the crowns or stems are OEM, or maybe just poorly fitted.
These are dirt cheap, often less than $15 USD with free shipping.
After a bit of adjustment mine runs reliably within aprox three seconds per day.
I was amazed to find that the plating is a real Gold alloy of 23.5 karat.

Some of them have been fast increasing in price and this thread is not going to improve things on that front.
I don’t mean to be patronizing, but I’m speaking from experience- I keep bumping on Instagram into people I never knew who sought a particular reference after they saw a big thread I started. (And I won’t say anymore about it in order to avoid further damage).

Good thing you didnt start this thread, sir.

Ahem........

It's actually "Madame Syrte" young @pongster.

Picked up a few gems during my trip ...
That first one is cute as a button. The second is also very nice.

Leopard DayDate

I like the crown function on this one. When watch head upright, pressing crown adjusts the date. Turn the watch head upside down, then pressing crown adjusts the day.

I'm sure thos watches are very nice, but until you learn to focus your camera, we'll probably never know.
