·For your consideration, a Citizen Challenge Timer Fly-Back reverse panda chronograph model number 67-9356, a very affordable chronograph with the Fly-Back function.
“Citizen’s 8110A chronograph automatic high beat movement is a fine piece of engineering - compact in design with hand winding and ‘fly back’ capabilities it is a great addition to a collection. The model that it most often seen for sale - by a long way - is the Challenge Timer, now more usually called a ‘bullhead’. Description/ condition: The watch is in excellent condition with signs of gentle use. No major scratches, but micro scratches consistent with age are present.
Dial: Black dial with silver chronograph registers and white day and date register, nowadays referred to as Reverse panda. The dial has a printed tachymeter scale. The Citizen logo is applied, and all other information is printed in white paint. Hands are painted white and the lume on hands and dial is present.
Case: Stainless: Polished and brushed octagonal stainless steel case. The crown and the chronograph pusher are on top of the case at the 12 o’clock position, earning the bullhead moniker. The case back is stainless steel with all relevant information clearly readable.
Crystal: Glass crystal
Bezel: Polished round bezel.
Movement: Automatic 23J 8110A chronograph with Fly-back function.
Strap: Green Cordura strap with leather backing. The holes are lined with metal to prevent them from fraying.
Size: H 43mm, W 38mm, T 13,6mm
Service history is unknown.
No box or papers are included.
