·Actually, this and the two other recent sales are funding an entire new floor. Ripped to the studs, redesigned (one bedroom is becoming an office for her and the closet is getting opened up and converted into a library), then new from the insulation to the paint. Doors, trim, custom closet organization..... it's gonna be new. Contractors luv me!
