·Dear Forum
Curious to hear you views on the “rules” (if any at all exist) regarding the chronometre print on dials for the ref 2576 Seamasters.
I have two in my collection, and it looks like the chronometre text has been “added on” for a better word, without symmetri. space being reserved in the 1st place.
The cream waffle version does not have Automatic on the dial, which I thonk is quite rare, the black one has a grey print, this version I have seen one more of at a French auction not to long ago.
Both have 343 movements inside.
Close ips on my 2 and a collage of a few I have found online and on this forum (not to forget the one with Breguet 12, which imo is the nicest I have seen so far - bid it was out of reach unfortunately).
Anyway, hope to hear your views and see some examples…
Thanks
