HOW the HELL did this happen.
Will I be able to find an original replacement?

I am so distracted by this I can't focus on work.

It happens - either it slowly came unscrewed or got snagged on something and was pulled off.

Easy fix for a watchmaker, but keep it dry in the mean time.

    Cheers, Al

Not the end of the world, losing the DON bezel would have been a real pain, these pushers are still available.

    Thanks Archer, dsio.

Will be going to my watchmaker this evening to get another Speedy I just acquire recently fixed and see if he might have a spare pusher in his back pocket.

I damaged a pusher on my steel and 18 karat Speedmaster automatic one year ago. I determined what parts I needed to replace, and ordered them. My supplier shipped me the pusher unti complete, as they didn't carry individual parts. I don't know how this Speedmaster compares to the Speedmaster Professional, but my pushers are a press fit, not threaded into the case.
