Chrono hand for 145.012 with tritium lume

Hi guys
I am looking for a new chrono hand for my 145.012. The one I have at the moment has superluminova, and it is kind of an eye sore when the rest of the hands and the dial has the original tritium lume. It has to have the pointy counterbalance.
I know this is hard to find, but if there is one out there, I can't think of any better place to look than here.

I don't know if this is considered blasphemy, but you could remove the superluminova from the hand and have it painted to match the other lumed parts.
