All the information is contained inside the watch.

The number on the inside of the screwed caseback is the model number, and the numbers on the movement are the movement type and the year of manufacture although you’ll have to go online to establish which year the 8 digit number relates to.
The bracelet and bracelets ends are also numbered.

You may have to take the watch to a watchmaker to unscrew the caseback. When that happens, get photos before it’s screwed up again.

Serial number from the movement, please. I’m forced to guess, possibly late 1960s? You’ll have to remove the case back, or have someone do it for you.
