Okay - I've never done "wrist shots" before - but here's my best effort with my iPhone! I'll attempt to get some better ones later!

You know - it's funny you say that, I've always been a big "research before you buy" type of person. And I was SO close to buying one on eBay, and I thought "at the risk of looking stupid, let me sign up and ask" - and fortunately you all saved me from making a horrible choice! Then the PM led me to this beauty and I couldn't be happier!

BrandonP, that's an attractive watch! It's right smack dab in the middle of an era of watches which I really admire. Thanks for posting the nice photos.

Are you going to try it on the brown strap as well? It'll look great either way.

As soon as I figure out how to swap it over, that's the plan! And thanks for the kind words!

The proper tool is the easiest. Actually, taking it to someone is the easiest but not the cheapest.

Lovely looking watch I'm after something similar for myself after getting one with issues from eBay !!

Regarding the strap I bought a Bergeon 6111 Spring Bar Tool to swap my strap on my PO which I do regularly that works perfectly but make sure you get an original one.

Not sure if this is the correct model for you vintage watch though as there are a few variants
