Caught my eye. Listing g on chrono24

Hi everyone. I had bought a vintage De Ville earlier in the month that im returning as I found out that the watch itself was a Frankenstein watch. I was looking and found an interesting piece. The seller wants over $1,000 but i was going to counter offer something more reasonable. In looking up this watch I discovered older listing in which this watch gone for significantly less (didnt see any above $650 american but the listing g was over 5 years old). What would be a reasonable price for a watch like this?

I wish i had pulled the trigger for some watches i want to buy 5 years ago.....
