Can anybody identify this Seamaster and case reference without Movement shots. I am curious about it and need some proof of authenticity..

Excuse the pictures, they're the best I can get for the moment..

The crown is from a 14.70x, but the lugs make me think it's a 165.001 with the wrong hands. AFAIK, the 165.001 should have slightly wider hands with lume in the center. Those skinny pencil hands are from the sister watch, the 166.001 (with date).

    Hello Alex,
the reference of this seamaster may be BA 165.001 (18 Karat), caliber 552 (no date). Early sixties. I think, the hands are not correct. There must be index hands with onyx inlays as the hour markers have.
I don`t think, it is an early Seamaster de ville Version, because it is no monocoque case.

Thanks, I thought hands didn't seem to fit!
