Case Opener for 145.022-69ST

Hello,

I was just looking for a case opener for my 145.022-69ST and came across this plastic one specified for 145.012 145.022 145.0022, but explicitly excluding 145.022-69ST.

I really like the idea of plastic in this case to minimize the risk of scratching.
But anyhow, I thought any Moonwatch needs the same opener. Is the 145.022-69ST (pre-moon case back) really different?
