Can you spot any flaws in this Connie?

I think the following is fully legit (no redial) - but would love to hear any differing thoughts and opinions. Also, is the case overpolisehd and/or the watch missing anything or has got any mismatched parts e.g. wrong hands, crown?

Looks legit at first glance, and except for the dial it's a nice watch. Unfortunately, most people would not find that dial appealing because of the uneven spotting, which looks like water damage, and the dial is the single most important contribution to a watch's value. Dial damage/patina is a matter of personal taste, but the price should be low enough to reflect the damage.

Looks like a nice honest watch with decent edges and a patinated dial, what's the asking price?

Is the asking price of $975 decent?
In current market, that’s fair.

But now you can see why a majority of these have been redialled.

Some would call it a dial with patina. Other would say it's a FUBAR dial. I like it. I dont know why. I would wear it with a cool nato strap. Funky style with a watch with soul. But some (or many) will say I have bad taste.
