Can you identify? Year? Model? Value?

My wife won’t let me sell it. It’s on her wrist. Picked it up for $70 Canadian dollars at an auction.
Tried to look up the numbers on it and have found very little. Cannot find the exact model or year. would love to hear what you all have to say!

Movement and dial look original and date from the 1920’s. Not sure about the case. Looks like a contemporary replacement case, but not licensed by Omega.

It is not likely you will find a model name for your watch.
