Its an Omega DeVille from 30 or 40 years ago, and thats all the information the owner has, can anyone help? Thanks!!

 

My internet is in dial-up mode so I can't confirm this, but I think it's a DeVille "Ile de France" model from about 1985.
It's a quartz calibre (1378) so while not a huge collector piece, it's a nice dress watch.
