Can you help identify my Omega watch? http://clevelandohiousa.tripod.com/justboughtanomegawatch/ Thanks! - John ...
What you have is a jumbo manual wind omega case (37.5mm stainless steel case) with a poorly refinished dial and a movement (cal. 267) that does not belong with that case. Case ref. 2319 housed a 30T1 movement - the movement is also a 30mm manual wind but should have a serial number in the 9 million range. In summary you have a case from the early 1940s combined with a movement from the mid 1950s and a dial from who knows when.
Hi John. Your watch is a reference 2319 from late 1956 or early 1957 with a caliber 267 inside. The dial has been refinished at some point and the parts don't match up.
