Can someone tell me which part I need to fix this 1610/930 bracelet?

The 1610/930 bracelet on my 2225.80 Seamaster Diver 300M has broken, see the attached photo.

I'd like to fix this myself, and think I need to order a clasp pin and tube on the Cousins website: Bracelet Clasp Pin, Omega 128ST9066 and Bracelet Clasp Tube, James Bond Model 1993 1503-825, Omega 201ST0074. But does anyone know for sure that I need a clasp pin and tube to fix this? It's hard to find any diagrams of the bracelet that show which parts I need. All I found was this one on the Ofrei website, but it's for a 1503/825 bracelet.

Many thanks!

Hold up! Your bracelet is steel, and that diagram Jim posted is for the titanium version, so the numbers you need are a little different. The pin you need is 128ST9081 and the tube is 201ST0074.

Cheers, Al

Too late, I already ordered 128ST9081 and 201ST0074 from Cousins and can't amend the order. I'll place another one. Thanks for letting me know!

:whipped:

My apologies, must have had a brain fade. For future reference here's the correct one.

I just received the correct pin and tube for this bracelet, but can someone confirm how to insert the tube and pin?

I know this sounds like a dumb question, but I've inserted the tube into the central section (don't know what that's called, but see image below), then inserted the pin into the link and tube, but the pin gets stuck and won't go right the way through (see image below). What am I doing wrong?

All you need to do is tap the pin all the way in. Just make sure you keep the bracelet parts aligned as you do so.

OK, so the tube is deliberately thicker than the width of the hole in the bracelet part, because that's what keeps it in place?

The pin will bind in the tube - that’s how the whole thing is held together. The dimple in the tube is where the pin will stop going in easily, and it will need to be tapped in the rest of the way.
