·My curiosity came with the S in Seamaster. I know that some models and a different text and I was worried about that. Otherwise that’s great to hear!

·The “hanger S” because it looks like a coat hanger. That was used prominently prior to around 1962, then there was the transition over to the fat bottomed S like you have.

It’s probably the crystal causing this but I’d like to see it in hand to be 100%

You likely are. Most people think it’s original, I just have the concerns listed above but they may be due to the aftermarket crystal with different curvature.
