Hi everyone, i'm a new member of this beautiful forum, and i have a question about the genuinity of this omega speedmaster pro bracelet that i have bought about one month ago on c24. The bracelet in the pictures look different in two/three point regard the factory bracelet mounted on my speedy.
In particularly there is no 849 engraved on the endlink, the code 70 on the clasp of this while thecode 62 on the factory bracelet. Can the experts ofthis forum help me to know if it's original or not?thanks a lot 馃榾

I referenced "Moonwatch Only" and the bracelet is listed as Type 18 1998/849 (2002-2014). The end links should have the number 849 and the number on the clasp should be "62". I can't find any bracelet with a "70" on the clasp manufactured by Omega.
I'd wait till the experts chime in on this, but, I think it is a very good fake.

I'm going to say fake. It's missing the "OMEGA" under the little triangle, and the 70 seems to be in the wrong font size.

In regards to the end links, I don't have a copy of Moonwatch Only, but from my personal experience, there are 3 versions of the 849 end links. The earliest version show "849" stamped on the side. The middle-ish version show "849" laser etched and centered. And the last version before the entire bracelet was replaced with the screwed version had no markings at all on it.

I can not say if it is a fake or not. Looks genuine to me. I have Speedmaster .005 bought in 2016. It has bracelet 1958/849 with screws and the number "62" and text "Omega" under the triangle. However it does not have those arrows in links and neither any printing on end links. The push buttons are located as OP has in his bracelet clasp and also same amount of holes on the sides of the clasp. I think reference SNZxxx bracelets replaced this bracelet in newer speedies (2018- ) and the push buttons are located more centered of the clasp in that reference. I don't know if manufacture country (to China?) has changed or whatever the reason for change is but my bracelet has "Swiss made" printing in it.

Hello,
3 years ago i bought a bracelet for my Omega Planet Ocean 42mm from ebay (code 1580/952). When i received the bracelet i realized that the holes of the pins could not fit with the holes of the lugs of my watch and i couldn't understand why...
After many tries and 2 visits at my watchmaker without result, i finally informed the seller that the bracelet could not be fit at my watch and he directly refund me the money back while i sent him the bracelet back.

After a month, by reading some posts-reviews, that there were produced many fake bracelets, i realized that the bracelet that i had bought was fake as well...

At the first photo you can check the fake bracelet that i had received and at the second photo how a genuine bracelet should be.
By looking at the photos you will see that there is a huge difference at the "mushroom"-pin in the middle of the clasp and also at the engraved letters.

fake:

Genuine:

Just to say that the quality of the whole bracelet (including links, clasp, pins, etc..) was really good and no one could check that was fake.

According to the above photos that i uploaded, i could say that the clasp that you uploaded looks genuine to me.

I鈥檝e only seen a few badly made fake bracelets and the giveaway (on the ones I鈥檝e seen) is poorly machined endlinks - the face where they fit against the watch midcase and the inside of the clasp - machine marks all over the place. This one from what I can tell looks like a genuine Omega bracelet.
