Can anyone help me to identify this Omega men's watch?

Very new to this forum, so please let me know if I've broken any rules or need to edit my post in any way.

Attached are photos of an Omega men's watch owned by a relative. Purchase date was 1981, and the warranty card indicates the movement number is 1960164, but beyond that I have no information.

The watch is non-running, and has Arabic numerals with a centered second hand and a Fixo-Flex bracelet. Case back is blank.

I'm located in Gauteng, South Africa, so I'd also appreciate some direction on where to take it to be serviced, as I'd love to get it up and running again.

Thank you!

Paperwork from a different watch.

Omega serial number would be eight digits.

Looks like late 1950s early 1960s. Have the case back removed and post clear photos of the movement and inside the case back.
