Welcome to the forum, styling definitely looks 1960s- if you can get a watchmaker to open the back for you the serial numbers on the movement will allow a more precise assessment of the date, the caliber inside, and a reference number inside of the case back.

That’s all there is to know, not all watches have a model name and if it had one it would be on the dial.

Be careful who opens it. If you have a rubber ball you can try to open a screw back case, but otherwise no one should touch it except a professional watchmaker.

Jewelers are not specialists and may cause irreparable harm on your nice looking watch and you should not try anything with a metallic tool. Big scratches are NOT removable, and they’re fast to happen when someone lacks experience.
