Adding "please" is not just good manners, it will likely get you an answer. Were you able to find a single example of that dial color? Is the watch in India?
I am not a Polarouter expert but I do own one. In my research journey with UG I have never seen a dial with a garish color like this so I'd peg it as redial. Also the radial minute markers are not consistent.
The case is original and was designed by Gerald Genta. Both the case and the dial ring have been heavily worn or overpolished.
The dial was refinished in a color never used by Universal. We see this quite often with watches sold from India.
We call this a "Mumbai Special". My guess is that the movement has parts from several watches. It likely is working for now, but won't be working for long.
You can find better examples.

It looks like an ok watch. Getting these serviced is a challlenge.
I sold an almost identical watch for little more than half that amount. Mine had an original crown and replacement crystal.
I had replaced the original crystal and included it, even though cracked and unusable.
That watch is way overpriced.
