Can anybody tell something about this watch?

I found this watch a while ago, and know that it is from around 1915 and that it has a cal 13lb.
i have seen some pictrures but not from this one with the crown at 12.
so does any body know if this is original or home made?

Probably a converted pocketwatch

Definitely a converted ladies Lépine pocket watch.
All early Omega wrist watches from 1900 onward had adopted the now standard crown position to the left of the case.
The first Omega pocket watch conversions were happening as early as 1906 and maybe even earlier.
